Proactive supervision

supervision and measurable performance standards to meet the needs of
each customer. To control and enhance quality, Uniserv has in place an
organizational structure to provide authority, responsibility, and
accountability for all tasks and functions. Quality checks, reporting
requirements, hands-on supervision, and response mechanisms creates
a proactive system to benefit your facility.

Our Supervisor Inspection Report gives clear direction to each service
worker about his or her performance and areas of needed improvement.  
Our operations management team will analyze and respond to inspection
reports as a part of their daily responsibilities. They will then make any
changes or modifications necessary to ensure that acceptable levels of
cleanliness are achieved and maintained in your facility.
